Who we are

Announser is operated by Atomia Oy (Finland). These Terms govern your use of Announser (the "Service"). Contact: support{'@'}atomia.fi.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Crew owners and admins are responsible for content and members in their crews.

Content rules

You must not post, upload, share, or invite others to content that is any of the following:

Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.

Sexual content (including pornography and sexualised depictions of people).

Violent content, graphic gore, or content that threatens, glorifies, or encourages violence.

Content about narcotics or other illegal drugs (promotion, sale, or instructional use).

Profanity, insults, demeaning or degrading language or imagery.

Criticism, attacks, or negative commentary directed at other people, groups, crews, or organisations.

Hate, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar).

Bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment.

Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation of children — strictly prohibited.

Scams, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, or deceptive practices.

Doxxing or sharing someone else's personal data without a lawful basis and their appropriate permission.

Content you do not have the rights to use (for example copyrighted material used without permission).

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these rules, report it to support{'@'}atomia.fi and include a link or description so we can find it.

Your content and the Service

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host and display it as needed to run Announser. Public events and published crew pages may be visible without an account.

We may change features and do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may depend on trials, vouchers, or other product rules.

Liability

The Service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by Finnish and EU law, Atomia Oy is not liable for indirect loss or loss of data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms where the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Privacy is described in our Privacy Policy.
